Admission tickets are an additional $6 at the gate. Passes will not be sold within an hour of closing. All prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Some options available seasonally. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and revocable. All days are weather permitting.

Your ticket is “General Admission.” This means all available Activities (including the Bike Park), Rides, Entertainment; including Light Shows, Main Stage Performances, Balloon-twisting, Light Parade, Face-Painting, Live Music, a free letter to Santa and of course the famous Santa’s Village holiday cheer and clean mountain air!
There are nominal fees for the following:

Santa roams the Village Saturdays and Sundays. Come say “Hi!” to the Big Guy!
Reservation change requests may be made no less than three (3) business days prior to scheduled reservation date.
Discounts are not valid with any other offers and may not be combined.
Please note your ticket is a reservation for a specific date. Due to circumstances beyond our control (Weather, Safety, etc.), we will sometimes be forced to close the Park. We will post such closures on our website and social media as soon as we become aware. In this event, a full refund will be issued or you will be welcome to select another date.
